Mala prohibita

Mala prohibita laws are offences “prohibited by statute, as distinguished from mala in se, which are offenses at common law.” These are laws that have nothing to do with protecting the life, liberty and property of individuals, but rather serve to generate income for the State, stifle ‘competition’ (protectionism, monopolies, duopolies, etc.), to enslave or control the people.

This page, currently under construction, shall highlight some of the statutes specific to New Hampshire that you, the juror, might consider unconstitutional (whether violation of the constitutions for the United States or the State of New Hampshire), unfair or unfairly applied, slavish, tyrannical, illogical, outmoded, or that otherwise put peaceful, harmless people in cages and infringe their Rights.
